Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Log in to your X10 account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Package
Place the electronic device in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.
- 3.Ship Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Quality Inspection
Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for functionality, after which your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
